Over the last several months, CHAP has made significant gains in reducing the number of days it takes to conduct a site visit. This is the time from which a new organization submits their self study to when CHAP makes the site visit.
CHAP is pleased to announce that Ms. Aisha Bivens has joined the staff as Vice President of Quality and Standards. Aisha’s responsibilities include managing the quality program, which includes using traditional quality improvement methodology to ensure that key performance metrics are properly monitored, tracked, reported, and improved, as needed.
The Department of Homeland Security’s department of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services announced that it has updated its employment eligibility verification form required for all new employees.
