Community Nursing Centers
Service Overview:
These standards serve to advance the recognition of community nursing center services as the first level of contact between vulnerable populations and community based health care delivery systems. These standards are applicable to all types of services provided in community based settings such as wellness centers, comprehensive primary health care, and special care centers.
