CARES (Computer-based Accreditation Review and Evaluation System) is an innovative, web-based, custom software application that creates a higher quality, more efficient means to communicate and process vital information.  CARES streamlines the accreditation process by reducing the average length of site visits and by making essential information available to CHAP's Board of Review more quickly. You can even do your Self Study online.

Because CARES is operational 24/7, your login information allows you to access your application and account whenever it's most convenient for you.  With the CARES application, CHAP staff members can retrieve customer records immediately and provide support more effectively.  CARES is eco-friendly too, dramatically reducing paper usage, which is important for everyone.
