Prior Focus Groups - Hospice Standards

The 2012 CHAP proposed Hospice Standards of Excellence Customer Focus Group was held in conjunction with NHPCO's 2012 Management and Leadership Conference on Saturday, 31 March 2012 at the Gaylord National in National Harbor, MD.  The session was facilitated by Fazzi Associates.
