CHAP Website Honored with Communicator Award for Maintaining Excellence for Charitable Organizations

The Community Health Accreditation Program website (www.chapinc.org) has been honored with the Communicator Award for Maintaining Excellence for Charitable Organizations.

The Communicator Awards is a leading international awards program honoring creative excellence for communications professionals and is sanctioned and judged by the International Academy of the Visual Arts.

CHAP, through a partnership with user experience design house NavigationArts, redesigned its website in the fall of 2010 with a focus on a user-centered approach to attracting and engaging community-based health care providers, consumers, insurers, and regulators.  Throughout 2011, CHAP will continue to build out content and interactive features on the site as a clearinghouse of information for community-based care.
