New Educational Webinars Announced

Two additional educational webinars have been scheduled as part of the CHAP Webinar Series:  Performance Excellence: Stepping Up To Quality - 2010 Top Ten Deficiencies - Part II

Continuing the 2010 Educational Webinar series, "Performance Excellence: Cultivating An Environment for Success," CHAP is continuing this series of educational webinars, detailing the top ten deficiencies cited across all services for agencies surveyed in 2010.

Please note:  The content for these webinars is identical to the sessions for this series offered earlier in 2011.  If you have attended a previous session this year for this topic, you do not need to register to another session.
