CHAP CARES

CHAP is pleased to announce the production launch of the CHAP CARES Application. CHAP CARES (Computer-based Accreditation Review System) is a customized software application consisting of a web-based portal and synchronized stand-alone application to facilitate quality and more efficient reporting of accreditation activities and actions of contracted organizations. The initial beta test site visits were conducted during April and May 2007. The final beta tests were completed in December 2007.

CARES will be available to agencies seeking initial and continuing throughout 2008. Initial and continuing agencies will be contacted by CHAP with detailed instructions regarding using the new application.
