Private Duty

Private duty home care organizations serve the aged, ill or disabled in the comfort of their homes and communities. Their skilled nursing care, personal care assistance, home health aides and homemakers build their services around the needs of patients — on their patients’ schedules.

They may also provide rehabilitative and support services for those with chronic illnesses and special needs, as well as offer in-home monitoring, case management and specialty nursing programs. From grooming to meal preparation, housekeeping to running errands, private duty service providers know how to make the day-to-day “work,” so that those they serve can maintain their independence.

Most important, they offer patients comfortable companionship so that they can safely remain at home.

These providers need a partner who can help them ensure excellent care and superior business performance.

They need CHAP.

As a partner in accreditation, we provide the tools and resources private duty providers need to deliver the best patient care.

What are the costs?
