under contract with CHAP get their first set of Standards
with their Initial or first year Accreditation Fee. Additional sets of
Standards cost $100.00 plus the cost of shipping.
Organizations/individuals not under contract with CHAP pay $200.00 per set
of Standards plus the cost of shipping. Standards will be sent to you within 5 – 7 business days.
